對象:農學、作物/植物科學、土壤科學、植物育種、雜草科學、農業生態學、農業氣候學、農業經濟學、環境、作物營養、生物技術、認證作物/土壤咨詢、農業推廣等領域的研究人員。內容:有關土壤-植物關系的原始研究論文;作物科學;土壤科學;生物統計學;作物、土壤、牧場和牧場管理;農作物、飼料、牧草的生產和利用;草坪草;農業氣象學;農藝建模;統計數據;《生產農業》經編輯委員會審定后，在《農學》雜志上發表。文章應該對提高知識或更好地理解現有的農藝概念做出重大貢獻。報告的研究必須引起大量科學家的潛在興趣，如果是針對當地情況，則必須與廣泛的農學知識有關。關于文章要求的更多細節每年都在農學雜志上發表。由編輯委員會自愿或邀請發表的評論文章可以刊登在雜志上。非會員的邀請論文，如經編輯委員會認可，可經總統批準發表。

　　AGRONOMY JOURNAL期刊英文簡介

Audience: Researchers in the areas of agronomy, crop/plant science, soil science, plant breeding, weed science, agricultural ecology, agroclimatology, agricultural economics, the environment, crop nutrition, biotechnology, certified crop/soil advising, agricultural extension. Content: Articles relating to original research in soil-plant relationships; crop science; soil science; biometry; crop, soil, pasture, and range management; crop, forage, and pasture production and utilization; turfgrass; agroclimatology; agronomic modeling; statistics; and production agriculture are published in Agronomy Journal subsequent to review and approval by the editorial board. Articles should make a significant contribution to the advancement of knowledge or toward a better understanding of existing agronomic concepts. The study reported must be of potential interest to a significant number of scientists and, if specific to a local situation, must be relevant to a wide body of knowledge in agronomy. Additional details on requirements for articles are published in Agronomy Journal each year.Review papers that are either volunteered or invited by the editorial board may be printed in the journal. Invitational papers from nonmembers may be published on approval by the president if found acceptable by the editorial board.
