《獸醫(yī)麻醉與鎮(zhèn)痛》是美國(guó)獸醫(yī)麻醉師協(xié)會(huì)、美國(guó)獸醫(yī)麻醉師學(xué)院和歐洲獸醫(yī)麻醉學(xué)院的官方期刊。它的目的是發(fā)表最初的同行評(píng)議的文章，涵蓋麻醉的所有分支和減輕動(dòng)物的疼痛。還歡迎與麻醉和鎮(zhèn)痛有關(guān)的下列主題的文章：基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)；與麻醉管理有關(guān)的疾病病理生理學(xué)；設(shè)備；重癥監(jiān)護(hù)；包括野生動(dòng)物和外來(lái)動(dòng)物在內(nèi)的動(dòng)物的化學(xué)約束；與疼痛和痛苦有關(guān)的福利問(wèn)題；教育獸醫(yī)麻醉和鎮(zhèn)痛。評(píng)論文章，特別文章，案例報(bào)告和歷史筆記也將與社論和書評(píng)一起出版。此外還將會(huì)有一個(gè)活躍的通信部分。

Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia is the official journal of the Association of Veterinary Anaesthetists the American College of Veterinary Anesthesiologists and the European College of Veterinary Anaesthesia . Its purpose is the publication of original peer reviewed articles covering all branches of anaesthesia and the relief of pain in animals. Articles concerned with the following subjects related to anaesthesia and analgesia are also welcome: the basic sciences; pathophysiology of disease as it relates to anaesthetic management; equipment; intensive care; chemical restraint of animals including wildlife and exotic animals; welfare issues associated with pain and distress; education in veterinary anaesthesia and analgesia. Review articles special articles case reports and historical notes will also be published along with editorials and book reviews. There will be an active correspondence section.
