《環(huán)境科學(xué)與健康雜志》，A部分，有毒/有害物質(zhì)和環(huán)境工程出版了應(yīng)用于環(huán)境問題解決的“科學(xué)與工程”各方面的重大進(jìn)展和發(fā)現(xiàn)。該雜志的主題包括但不限于水、土壤、沉積物和空氣中的污染物、異種生物和藥物及其對人類健康或環(huán)境質(zhì)量的影響;它們的起源、命運、生物降解和在環(huán)境中的運輸;環(huán)境、生物和化學(xué)系統(tǒng)的建模;環(huán)境毒理學(xué)、微生物學(xué)、生物技術(shù)、化學(xué)、工程及危害/風(fēng)險評估;新技術(shù)和方法包括生物傳感器和生物分析系統(tǒng)、納米材料及其生物、生態(tài)和人類健康影響、生物燃料、能源生物質(zhì)能、水和廢水處理和修復(fù)技術(shù)、有毒和有害物質(zhì)、土壤凈化和工業(yè)廢水處理。此外，該雜志還發(fā)表了關(guān)于檢測和測量環(huán)境污染物的新方法和/或其發(fā)展的研究說明。環(huán)境科學(xué)與健康雜志，A部分還出版專題和評論文章，總結(jié)和分析了最新的在該雜志的目標(biāo)和范圍內(nèi)。特刊由一組同行評審的、邀請的、在當(dāng)前重要領(lǐng)域的研究手稿組成，也可以是紀(jì)念環(huán)境科學(xué)和健康領(lǐng)域杰出研究人員職業(yè)生涯的貢品。如果您想建議雜志的特刊，請給主編發(fā)一封詳細(xì)的建議書，包括主題、潛在投稿者名單和時間安排。所有提交的稿件都要經(jīng)過編輯的初步評估，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)適合進(jìn)一步考慮，還要經(jīng)過獨立的、匿名的專家評審。所有同行評審都是單盲的。請查閱作者投稿指南。

The Journal of Environmental Science and Health, Part A, Toxic/Hazardous Substances and Environmental Engineering publishes significant advances and discoveries in all aspects of "Science and Engineering" as they apply to environmental problem solving. The Journal addresses topics including, but not limited to, pollutants, xenobiotics and pharmaceuticals in water, soil, sediment and air, and their impact on human health or environmental quality; their origin, fate, biodegradation and transport in the environment; modeling of environmental, biological and chemical systems; environmental toxicology, microbiology, biotechnology, chemistry, engineering and hazard/risk assessment; novel techniques and methods including biosensors and bioanalytical systems, nanomaterials and their biological, ecological, and human health effects, biofuels, biomass for energy, treatment and remediation technologies of water and wastewater, toxic and hazardous substances, soil decontamination and treatment of industrial effluents. In addition, the journal also publishes research notes dealing with new methods and/or their development for the detection and measurement of environmental contaminants.Journal of Environmental Science and Health, Part A also publishes special issues and review articles summarizing and analyzing the state-of-the-art within the aims and scope of the journal. Special issues consist of a group of peer-reviewed, invited research manuscripts in an area of current importance, or it may be a tribute issue commemorating the career of a distinguished researcher in the area of environmental science and health. If you wish to suggest a special issue of the journal, please email the Editor-in-Chief a detailed proposal that includes the topic, a list of potential contributors, and a timeline.All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editor, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent, anonymous expert referees.
