《應(yīng)用植物學(xué)與食品質(zhì)量雜志》(JABFQ)是一本致力于植物學(xué)與植物食品質(zhì)量應(yīng)用研究的國際開放獲取期刊。雜志的目的是提供一個平臺,最近科學(xué)家傳播領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用植物研究的結(jié)果如植物生理學(xué)和植物生態(tài)學(xué),植物生物技術(shù)、植物育種和栽培,植物學(xué)期刊、植物營養(yǎng)、植物壓力和阻力,植物微生物、植物分析(包括組學(xué)技術(shù))和植物食品化學(xué)。在這些領(lǐng)域內(nèi)，手稿應(yīng)明確側(cè)重于植物和植物質(zhì)量方面，并根據(jù)最新的方法載有新的和創(chuàng)新的資料。作者應(yīng)該清楚地陳述和評估他們的具體研究假設(shè)，并把他們的結(jié)果放在一個概念框架中。研究結(jié)果必須具有普遍性，不應(yīng)具有純粹的確證性質(zhì)，也不應(yīng)只具有局部意義。作者應(yīng)充分討論作品的新穎性和意義。JABFQ將只發(fā)表關(guān)于在新物種或品種上應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法的文章，前提是對結(jié)果進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格評估，并將其與已發(fā)表的研究相結(jié)合。強調(diào)與上述領(lǐng)域有關(guān)的純農(nóng)藝研究、描述食品加工技術(shù)或側(cè)重于藥物而非植物學(xué)方面的藥用植物研究的論文不適合發(fā)表。

The Journal of Applied Botany and Food Quality (JABFQ) is an international open access journal dedicated to applied research in botany and plant food quality. The aim of the journal is to provide a platform for scientists to disseminate recent results of applied plant research in the fields of e.g. plant physiology and plant ecology, plant biotechnology, plant breeding and cultivation, phytomedicine, plant nutrition, plant stress and resistance, plant microbiology, plant analysis (including -omics techniques), and plant food chemistry. Within these fields, manuscripts are expected to have a clear focus on botanical and plant quality aspects and to contain new and innovative information based on state-of-the-art methodologies.Authors should clearly state and evaluate their specific research hypotheses and place their results into a conceptual framework. Research results must have general applications, should not be of a pure corroborative nature and should not be of only local significance. Novelty and significance of the work should be adequately discussed by the authors. JABFQ will publish articles on the application of a standard method on a new species or cultivar only, if the results are critically evaluated and put into context to already published studies. Contributions which emphasize pure agronomic research related to the fields above and which describe food processing technologies or research on medical plants with a focus on pharmaceutical rather than on botanical aspects are unsuitable for publication.
