The Journal of Medicinal Food provides the latest scientific research on the medicinal benefits of food and the development of such products for the maintenance of health and the prevention and management of disease. The Journal is truly international in scope--bringing perspectives from India, China, Japan, and other cultures and societies that are pioneers in using the healing powers of food.In addition to original research papers and review articles, the Journal includes literature abstracts and commentaries, nutritional reviews, news and views. It provides practical, real-world approaches, advice, and findings to assist in the development, implementation, and measurement of medicinal food initiatives and programs.
