《藥物分析學報：英文版》醫藥論文投稿期刊，是由西安交通大學主辦的期刊。
是西安交通大學主辦、教育部主管的學術理論刊物，2011年1月由“Academic Journal of Xi’an Jiaotong University：《西安交通大學學報(英文版)》”，經報請教育部、科技部、新聞出版總署批準，于2011年2月更名為“Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis(JPA，藥物分析學報)”。JPA為國內外公開發行的英文學術期刊，季刊。JAP主要集中反映與藥品質量、用藥安全和分析方法等相關的最新研究成果，重點報道：
(1)中藥(藥材、成藥、方劑、注射劑)分析;
(2)藥物復雜體系分析;
(3)生物技術藥物質量控制技術與方法;
(4)藥物體內作用過程分析;
(5)藥物發現過程中的定量與定性分析;
(6)分子藥理學中的示蹤分析;
(7)生物藥劑學中的定量分析;
(8)臨床檢驗與生物分析等。
欄目有：Review、Original Articles 和 Short Communication。JPA是世界上第一份有關藥物分析的專業學術期刊，主編由西安交通大學醫學院藥物研究所所長、中國藥學會藥物分析專業委員會主任委員賀浪沖教授擔任。JPA目前被美國《化學文摘》(CA)和荷蘭《醫學文摘》(EM)收錄，并進入中文科技期刊數據庫、萬方數據庫、中國學術光盤數據庫(CNKI) 和重慶維普數據庫等多家國內著名檢索系統。
