《電子科學學刊》是電子科學高級綜合性學術刊物。它的任務是：反映我國電子科學的最新研究成果和技術進展。本刊發揚學術民主，提倡學術討論，促進國內外同行的學術交流，為我國四個現代化服務。

　　《電子科學學刊》主要刊登有關電子科學方面的具有創新性的、高水平的、有重要意義的最新科技成果論文和階段性研究成果的研究簡報。本刊中文版還設有綜述評論和學術討論欄目。

　　《電子科學學刊》中文版為雙月刊(現已出版至第22卷)，英文版為季刊(現已出版至第17卷)，兩刊均向國內外公開發行。為了及時向國外介紹我國電子科學的最新研究成果，歡迎直接投英文稿，本刊將盡快發表。
