《亞洲男性學雜志：英文版》男性醫學雜志，是由中科院上海藥物研究所 上海交通大學主辦的期刊。

　　《亞洲男性學雜志》(Asian Journal of Andrology, AJA)是由中國科學院上海藥物研究所和上海交通大學共同主辦的全英文學術期刊。1999年6月創刊，2000年11月入選SCI，2002年首次SCI影響因子為0.827，2003-2006年逐步上升到1.737，在國際同類男科學雜志中連續5年位居第三，在國內入選SCI的70多份期刊中位居第四。從臨床醫學角度來考察，AJA的影響因子也連續5年排在全國臨床醫學雜志的第一位。AJA主編由亞洲男科學會主席、中華醫學會生殖醫學分會主任委員，上海交通大學校長顧問王一飛教授擔任。 編委會由來自幾十個國家的109名國際知名專家組成(其中80%以上為國外專家)，包括國際男科學會前任主席、現任主席、亞洲14個國家和地區男科學會或泌尿科學會主席、WHO官員等知名專家。此外，已建立了一支由幾千位同行專家組建的審稿隊伍。AJA的辦刊宗旨是立足亞洲、面向全球，為亞洲和世界各國男科學者提供發表論著的園地，推動學術交流、促進男科學研究。刊物內容涵蓋天下一半人口--男人的健康問題。具體包括男性生殖生理、生殖保健、性功能、不育癥、生育調節、生殖系統疾病、傳統醫學、倫理學等各方面的基礎、臨床和流行病學研究。
