　　【雜志簡介】

　　《數學季刊》，全國中文核心期刊。由已故著名科學家陳景潤院士1986年創刊，創刊為中文版，現為英文版。是我國數學界委托河南大學承辦，以刊登數學學科中具有創造性、代表學科水平的科研成果為主的綜合性學術刊物。編委會由名譽主編蘇步青院士、吳文俊院士;名譽編委丁夏畦院士、谷超豪院士等著名數學家;主編胡和生院士、林群院士;副主編王天澤教授;編委李大潛院士、李邦和院士等40多名數學家組成。王天澤教授兼任編輯部主任，劉浩教授任編輯部執行主任。

　　二十年來來，《數學季刊》堅持辦刊宗旨，在刊登我國數學學科的最新科研成果，促進學術交流，傳播數學學科先進科學文化等方面作了持續地努力，使刊物辦出了特色，在國內的數學界建立了一定影響，取得了比較顯著的社會效益。

　　從1994年開始，《數學季刊》就進入中國北京圖書館核心期刊，是較早進入核心期刊的數學刊物之一。《數學季刊》是美國《數學評論》，德國《數學文摘》，俄羅斯《文摘雜志》，以及國內的《中國數學文摘》，《中國科學文摘》，《中國科學引文數據庫》(cscd)的文獻源或源泉期刊。特別是，《數學季刊》近幾年自1998年以來期刊的影響因子逐年提高。《數學季刊》的奮斗目標是爭取進入SCI核心期刊。

　　交通類論文發表：接觸網作業車制動閘瓦偏磨原因分析及改進

　　摘　要：接觸網作業車是電氣化鐵路接觸網日常維修、大修、事故搶修和施工的重要機具。其作業車制動系統性能好壞，將直接影響其行車安全。筆者結合多年的現場檢修工作經驗與專業理論知識，通過對接觸網作業車制動閘瓦偏磨原因分析，采取科學有效措施，并在作業車上進行成功改造，使制動閘瓦偏磨問題得到徹底解決。

　　隨著電氣化鐵道向高速、重載方向快速發展，對接觸網可靠性的要求越來越高，也對接觸網作業車行車安全提出更高要求。隨著我段接觸網作業車使用年限增加，制動閘瓦偏磨越來越嚴重，直接影響行車安全。
