   ChinaOceanEngineering(簡稱COE)是中國科學技術協會主管、中國海洋學會主辦、南京水利科學研究院編輯的英文版綜合性、高科技學術季刊(刊號ISSN0890-5487,CN32–1441/P),于1987年創刊,每期180±6頁。國際訂價:360美元/卷,國內訂價:800元/卷。COE辦刊宗旨:向國外介紹我國與海洋工程有關的研究、設計、試驗、生產、使用、管理等方面的成果以及學術動態,擴大對外宣傳和交流,展示我國的研究水平。主要刊載:離岸工程、海洋工程、海洋能源利用工程、海洋環境保護工程、水下工程、潛水技術、救撈技術等方面的稿件。

  稿件形式:學術論文、研究簡報、綜合評論、調查報告、成果介紹等。本刊所刊載的論文均是在國內外首次發表的科技學術論文,不是《海洋工程》(中文版)的翻譯版。20年來,COE登載有國內大專院校、科研機構以及工程單位的兩院院士和專家教授的論文;還登載一些歐美、澳洲、日本、韓國、印度、土耳其等國家及我國香港、臺灣著名學者的論文;有些是中國學者與歐美、澳洲、日本、韓國、新加坡等國學者合作完成研究成果。近五年來,COE刊登論文中有近80%得到各類基金資助、有近20%是國際或國際合作完成,COE的基金論文比和國際論文比,都位居國內5300余種學術期刊的前列。COE獲中國科協、國家基金委1999年度國家自然科學基礎性、高科技學術期刊專項基金資助;獲中國科協2002、2003、2004和2005年度高科技學術期刊專項基金資助;獲得中國科協2002年度重點期刊編輯部專項設備基金資助;獲2007~2008年度國家自然科學基金重點學術期刊專項基金資助。COE目前已列入國家科技部中國科技論文統計核心源期刊,并被美國《科學引文索引》(SCI-E);美國《工程索引》(EICompendex);俄羅斯《文摘雜志》(PЖ,AJ);日本《科學技術文獻速報》(CBST);美國《劍橋科學文摘》(CSA);美國《應用力學評論》(AMR);美國《石油文摘》(PA);等國內外18家權威檢索數據庫收錄,在SCI-JCR公布的2001~2006年度國際海洋工程主題學科期刊影響因子指標中,COE均排名國際同類刊物的前十位(其中2003年度排名第七位,2005、2006年度排名第八位)。

  COE目前在國際海洋工程界已具有一定的知名度,并為我國海洋工程界專家、學者提供了一個在國際同行中展示自己的研究實力和水平,提高和擴大他們在國際學術領域的聲望和影響的平臺。COE也是我國、中國科協及江蘇省的科技學術期刊中,在國際期刊界中為數不多具有影響力的專業學術期刊。COE作為國內外本行業學術界十分重要的傳播和交流平臺,為國家發掘培養出一大批海洋科學領域的杰出科技人才,如:兩院院士;國務院學科評議組成員;長江學者;國家及省部級重點實驗室主任;首席科學家;國家攻關項目負責人;上百位教授、博導和一大批博士、博士后;還有些專家學者是光華工程科技獎、國家和省部級科技進步獎、國家重大基金、國家杰出青年基金和國家基金獲得者。近幾年來,編輯部集體和個人取得的業績得到上級部門的肯定和表彰,具體表現為:參評的兩篇論文分別榮獲“第二屆(2004年)、第四屆(2006年)中國科協期刊優秀學術論文獎”;COE進入首屆和第二屆“江蘇期刊方陣”;副主編唐仁楠和編輯部主任吳永寧先后獲“中國科技期刊優秀編輯獎—金牛獎”;吳永寧獲“中國科技期刊青年編輯獎—駿馬獎”和“江蘇省科技期刊編輯學會—金馬獎”;編輯部編輯楊紅獲江蘇省科學技術期刊編輯學會“優秀編輯”榮譽稱號;吳永寧獲“中國海洋學會優秀會員”榮譽稱號,吳永寧被中國海洋學會期刊工作委員會和中國科學技術期刊編輯學會學術委員會聘任為委員,當選為江蘇省期刊協會理事、江蘇省科學技術期刊編輯學會常務理事。歡迎海內外海洋工程界的朋友們踴躍向本刊投稿。我們對高水平,特別是具有原創性的科學研究論文;對解決國際同行關注的難點與熱點問題的論文;對國際合作項目、受國內外各類基金資助項目及重大科研經費資助項目完成的論文非常感興趣,這類論文我們會安排優先發表。
